On 9 July 1850 the Báb, one of the two central figures in the founding of the Bahá’í Faith, was put to death by firing squad in the public square of Tabriz, Iran.
To commemorate this event we will start with lunch at noon (please be prompt!), followed by the program beginning at 12:50 PM. Please RSVP if you plan to attend the lunch, and include any dietary restrictions, by sending an e-mail to evelyngrammar@gmail.com by July 5.
